Service Description

PLEASE BRING A PHYSICAL COPY OF YOUR VOUCHER ON THE DAY AS PROOF OF PAYMENT - Sessions cannot be honoured without the voucher present Your private lesson entails 1.5 hours of decorating and /or glazing a bespoke stoneware mug/ bowl or what happens to be available in the studio Rebooking allowed once with 24 hours notice.  Once booked for a lesson, you may reschedule once.  A missed appointment without at least 24 hour notice will result in a forfeit of your voucher and lesson. Any lesson rescheduled, is subject to the price at the time of rebooking and must occur within a month window of the original booking or by the expiration of the Voucher (whichever is longest)..

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class or course, please phone or text a week in advance to give me a chance to fill your space and offer it to lower income students. Refunds are only given 14 days prior to the start of your course. See course details for further information. Please check Junk mail for communications and make sure to get in touch about 1:1, 2:1 private lessons about payment and confirmation of lessons if nothing is received a week before your appointment. No payment, no communication from you means no appointment.
